Salon Policies
We make every attempt to ensure that you are satisfied with your experience at Elevated Hair Co. In the event that you are not completely satisfied, please let us know at the time of your service or within 48 hours after your service has been performed.
A positive environment at Elevated is our top priority. While we would like to open our doors to all, we will not tolerate rude, aggressive, or demeaning behavior from our clients to any staff member or fellow client. Clients behaving negatively or rudely will be asked to leave and not return. All employees are licensed professionals and deserve respect and kindness.
Cancellation Courtesy
​When you book an appointment that time is specifically reserved for you. Last minute cancellations or changes can greatly affect our business & our Stylists as they are hard to fill and result in a loss of income, as well as a wasted time slot on our schedule where another client could have been booked. Please be conscious when securing your appointment time.
We understand that unplanned circumstances happens, we respectfully ask that you provide 24 hours notice in the event of a cancellation.

No Call/No Show

In order to respect the time of our Artists', if an appointment is no showed you will be subject to a no show fee.
No show reservations will be charged 100% of the total amount due for services, and you can possibly be serviced in the future after a deposit is made.
Refunds
We want all of our guests to love their hair. If there is anything you aren’t happy with, please let us know within 72 hours of your scheduled appointment and we will do everything we can to make it right. We do
This policy applies to all services agreed to by stylist and client prior to execution of services required to achieve a desired result. Modifying results beyond the initial scope of services may result in additional charges.

It is our priority to conduct thorough consultations for all services provided through the salon. However, it is each client's personal responsibility to be upfront and honest about their hair history. Any damage caused to the hair as a result of undivulged information during the consultation, is not the responsibility of the stylist or Elevated Hair Co.
Chemical Service Disclaimer
We cannot guarantee the health or aesthetics of your chemical services if you do not follow our salon instructions and use the proper and recommended products and techniques on your processed hair. After getting a chemical service, your hair will require more nourishment, and moisture, and using products with cheap, unnatural, and stripping ingredients may cause damage or breakage to your hair.
Results of Chemical services may vary but especially on compromised/ damaged hair such as previously lightened, heat-damaged, or chemical-treated portions. Everyone’s hair will respond differently to chemicals, and in some cases will not be able to hold color or treatment as well as expected. If you feel your hair may have been compromised ahead of time, please book a consultation with a stylist beforehand so we can evaluate your hair or recommend a treatment to your service which will help to strengthen the bonds of your hair. We always work to ensure that we perform services in as healthy a way as possible and always work toward getting as close to your ideal aesthetic as possible. That said, we are not responsible for color not holding on to previously compromised hair.
